Minoo Master is the founding member and Director of the company. Minoo is a qualified Chartered Accountant in New Zealand. He is also an Indian qualified Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary. He possesses a wealth of technical and commercial expertise. Minoo has held senior finance positions over the past 30 plus years working for Global multinationals and Fortune 500 companies in New Zealand, India and Middle East.
Minoo has spear-headed financial stewardship working alongside CEOs and Board of Directors to bring about sustainable growth and financial stability. As a key member of the management team, he has held responsibilities for tax, compliance, accounting and reporting requirements.
